Ho´oponopono  - the real secret !

Das Geheimnis hinter dem Geheimnis.

Ho´oponopono ist ein hawaiianischer Prozess der Selbst-Erkenntnis.

Ho´oponopono ist eigentlich ein ganz einfacher Prozess.
Nach alter hawaiianischer Lehre beginnen ale Probleme
als Gedanken in unserem Kopf.

Aber einen Gedanken zu haben, ist normal für unseren Kopf.
Wo also liegt das Problem?

Das Problem ist, dass alle unsere Gedanken von leidvollen Erinnerungen
erfüllt sind - Erinnerungen an Menschen, Orte oder Dinge.

Der Verstand alleine kann dieses Probleme nicht lösen,
weil er die Informationen nur verwaltet.
Aber Verwaltung ist keine Problemlösung.

Also, was brauche ich für meine Freiheit von alten, leidvollen Programmen?

"ICH" bin das "ICH"

"ICH" komme aus der Leere und trete ins Licht.                                 
"ICH" bin der Atem, der das Leben nährt.
"ICH" bin jene Leere die jenseits allen Bewusstseins ist,                         
         das "ICH" das ID und das ALL.                                                

 Mit meinen Bogen aus Regenbögen überspanne ich die Wasser,                      
 im Strom der fortgesetzten Wechselwirkung von Geist und Materie. 

"ICH" bin der ein- und ausströmende Atem,                         
 die unsichtbare, unberührbare Brise,
 der unergründliche Urstoff der Schöpfung.        

 "ICH" bin das "ICH".

In dem Moment,
wo DU jedoch erkennst,

dass ALLES
was DIR bewusst wird,

auch eine Schöpfung von DIR selbst ist,
DICH zum Ausdruck bringt,

indem es DICH widerspiegelt,
DEIN Inneres nach außen kehrt,

und DU es lieben kannst,
liebst Du DICH selbst.

       What is this thing called:  Aloha ?


        It has been said that the word "aloha"
        actually has two definitions.

        "Alo" means the center or heart of the universe,
        while " ha" is the breath or spirtit of the Creator.

        It has also been said that aloha cannot be found ourselves.
        It can only be uncovered at the center of our hearts.
        That is where it lives.
        That is where it awaits us.

       ALOHA

         is the essence of the Creator´s love,
         and when that love is expressed through our voices,
         our minds, our hearts, and our hands,
         the world becomes a better place.

         You might ask: "How can this be?
         There are millions and millions of hearts in the world,
         how can aloha be found in mine?"

         Thera is only one heart,
         one center,
         one spirit,
         one aloha.

         Find aloha at the core of your own being
         and you will have instantly found it
         in everyone und everything.

         ONE heart
         ONE center
         ONE spirit
         ONE aloha
